General Infertility
If you are struggling with infertility, our physicians can provide full evaluation and treatment for the sources of infertility, including polycystic ovary disease, premature ovarian failure, recurrent pregnancy loss, and endometriosis. Our fertility experts will carefully evaluate each patient to determine the best care plan for their individual needs.

Causes & Treatment of Male Infertility
An evaluation of the male should be one of the very first tests carried out in the diagnostic process of the couple experiencing infertility, as male factors account for a significant portion of infertility cases. In certain cases a referral to a urologist is indicated. We work with several board certified urologists who specialize in diagnosing and treating male infertility. While the type of treatment used will depend directly on how many good quality sperm are available, there are treatment options available for most patients.

In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)
For couples dealing with infertility, IVF can be one of the best options. IVF is the fertilization of an egg by sperm outside the body. Once fertilization has occurred and normal embryo development is confirmed, it is transferred to the uterus. After implantation occurs, the remaining development of the embryo occurs naturally within the mother. We can help you determine if IVF is the best option for you.

Age & Infertility
The effect of aging on female fertility is well-known. For most women, maximum fertility begins to decline between ages 27-32, with more rapid decline at age 37. Both natural conception rates and fertility treatment conception rates are affected by this decline. With the use of Assisted Reproductive Technologies, most women can still conceive healthy babies in their late 30's and early 40's.

Donor Egg & Gestational Carrier
For many couples, using donor egg or a gestational carrier is the best option for fulfilling their dream of parenthood. Our patients have access to the ACRM egg bank from which all available donors have been carefully screened and evaluated by ACRM. We also work closely with several consulting firms that can assist with selecting a gestational carrier. All patients using donor egg, donor sperm or a gestational carrier will be under the care of their ACRM physician as well as the dedicated clinical staff of ACRM’s Third Party program.

Fertility Preservation & Egg Freezing
ACRM has an active fertility preservation program which offers patients the opportunity to freeze eggs, sperm or embryos. Egg Freezing is an option for women in their early 30's who wish to preserve the option of future childbearing with their own eggs. Women with medical conditions that put them at risk for running out of eggs earlier than usual are also good candidates for egg freezing.

At ACRM, we want our patients to be as informed as possible when it comes to infertility and treatment options. That is why we offer free educational seminars, led by our Fertility Experts. Every seminar includes information about the diagnosis and treatment of infertility, options available to help build your family as well as a Q&A session.
Attendees also have the opportunity to speak with the physician individually following the Q&A session. Additionally, one of our patient support representatives will answer questions regarding insurance and financial programs available to our patients.
All attendees will receive a voucher for a free AMH (blood test used to gauge a woman’s ovarian reserve). Attendees receiving the free AMH test will also receive a free consultation via phone call with an ACRM clinical team staff member to discuss test results.
